this is one of her recent designs showcasing the new chequerboard folder which I really love

 

the stamps are justrite rose bouquets vintage lables - another new stamp which I just got hold of!!  one of their best!

this is an older design by sue Wilson and I have had this justrite stamp for some time.

 

I thought colouring it with my spectrum noir pens would work well'

the sentiment is cut out of a second stamping and layered on top, and I distressed the edges of the complete image, then gave it several layers on milk coloured card.

 

a simple card which would suit a man quite well I think

I coloured the stamped image with pan pastels, then tried a spritz of perfect pearls mist [to seal them]. 

 the reflected light is not so obvious in real life.

 

this didn't really turn out as well as I would have liked ... the perfect pearl is too much I think

I recently got the sunflower stamp set from justrite so thought I would try this one

I used coconut white and kraft card for this, and I coloured my sunflower with some of my new spectrum noir alcohol pens which I have also started to collect!!

I added some diamond sparkles to the flower head
